How to Pre-Order

RSVP your Piva meal – you know the day and time you want your meal:

  • Submit your orders on-line
  • Select your meal(s) and beverage(s)
  • Select the pick-up time for your order.  Order pick-up available between 4 pm and 8 pm Thursday to Sunday
  • You can submit your order on-line up to 3 pm on the same day of pick-up*

Craving a Piva meal – you suddenly crave a Piva meal:

  • Call us with your order: (604) 522-0221
  • We’ll take your same day orders starting at 12 pm every Thursday to Sunday
  • We’ll let you know the available times for pick-up* that day, pick-up between 4 pm and 8 pm

* Pick-up at Piva’s front doors. Please wait outside and we will bring your order to you. Delivery may be an available in the New Westminster area. Minimum order for delivery is $30 before tax.

Piva take-out meals are provided Hot.

**Gluten Free penne available on request at the time order is placed
***Rigatoni cannot not be made celiac, sausage contains gluten

Set Menu

We also offer a set menu of 3 course meals with your choice of Appetizer, Pasta, and Dessert. You may add an order of your favorite wine at Piva.

Our Commitment to Health and Safety

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our #1 priority. As such, we are taking the following steps to ensure the safe delivery of our food to your table:
  • As always, our kitchens will follow all FoodSafe procedures, which serve to prevent the spread of viruses as well as foodborne illness and other bacteria.
  • We have provided our team masks to wear at all times at Piva.
  • Social distancing in our kitchen has our Chef’s working no closer than 2 meters apart.
  • We have provided additional gloves to staff (which are replaced frequently) and have implemented a schedule of increased hand washing.
  • We have increased the schedule of surface sanitizing.
  • We have worked with our suppliers, who have guaranteed the safety of our restaurant with heightened precautions.
  • We will not be accepting cash so we can minimize/eliminate contact through the payment process.
  • Our staff will not report for work if they have symptoms of any illness, no matter how minor.
